I am getting stuck or system not responding at times, what should I do?

We understand that its frustrating if system is not responding in a timely manner. We have done our best in the application design to give an uninterrupted service to all players. However there could be such instances due to some limitations which are beyond our control, like hosted server issues, Internet connectivity etc.

Generally, such issues occur due to connectivity, internet speed, Wi-Fi signal issues etc. So please check internet connectivity, download/upload speed and strength of Wi-Fi signal first to trouble shoot the issue.

Most of the problems that were reported earlier were related to client side problems. Client's upload speed is equally important as download speed. Most of the users have high download speeds, but their upload speed is limited due to their Internet service provider limitations or their current service levels with the provider. If we use a speed-test provided by variety of vendors (you can search for speedtest in Google to get a right speed testing tool), check the upload speed. Users who have upload speed more than 2mbps don't usually face any issues. Latency is another important parameter that lags the submission of client messages to server. Other usual problem is, how far your laptop or desktop is from your home router or have obstacles in between. If you have connectivity problems, we would advise you to try going closer to router and see whether problem persists. This could possibly can find the root cause of the issue.
