Great news for all players, voice feature has been rolled out now and players can talk each other & play straight from the table without using phone! This makes our site an all-in-one platform, stimulates a f2f gaming experience and eludes the need for using multiple gadgets/applications. This feature is available at Group & Premium tables and it's as easy as click of the mouse to get connected to all players in the table.
It's simple to use, a call button and mute button are placed next to each player. When a player click on call button, he/she will be connected to the conference call with all players on that table. A notification will be popped-up in chat box whenever a player is connected to Voice Chat and there will be an additional indicator next to that chair. As a general etiquette, please mute yourself when others speak to avoid babble. For Voice chat, VOIP provider charges some cost and we are absorbing most of this from the membership fee. Premium members will be get 300 FREE voice minutes per month and members who take 1 year membership will get 3600 Voice minutes. Social members will get 150 voice minutes for each valid social membership. Currently, all registered members are enjoying free social membership till 31/12/2020 and all of them get 50 FREE voice minutes as a good gesture and to test the voice capability. Once the free minutes are exhausted, it can be topped up online. The charges for voice chat is nominal, Rs.400 (USD 5.5) for 1000 voice minutes and Rs. 735 (USD10) for 2000 voice minutes.
Apart from this new feature, a new category CASUAL added to the game lobby with below objectives :

- Promote 56 by allowing FREE access to card games for lifetime. This has been our vision and commitment from the inception this CKC community. This Absolutely FREE and free users can always upgrade to paid Social/Premium membership to enable use advanced features like voice call, ranking, Kunuku (in progress), change table settings, duplicates, participate in tournaments etc. Please see home page for membership benefits
- Allow new members to play register as Free Casual members and play whenever they want for free and learn the game. There is no ranking for Casual players. Casual games rooms are great place to learn basics of the game and also improve skills before moving on to Social or Premier tables to play with experts. This will help to make sure that quality of games is maintained on Social and Premier tables since beginner players are not expected to play on those tables. However, all expert players are encouraged to mentor and help Casual players to improve their skill levels

- Our website is approaching a key milestone of 100,000 games (now 92764). Almost 1000 games are played everyday. Membership count is increasing and its reached 1505.
- Average duration per game is 3.84 minutes (based on stats from last 1216 games) which is an indicator of excellent system/user performance and enhanced the playing experience

- CKC Chapters - This will be blogging platforms to create a social network of players in your region (city, state or courtly) like Melbourne CKC Chapter, Dallas CKC Chapter etc. Each chapter will endeavor to promote more f2f events by organising games and social networking. Vision is to have Virtual Cheettu Kali Clubs across the world!
- Artificial Intelligence or BOT functionality which eliminates need to full quorum. Technically, one player can play with 5 virtual (BOT) players!
- Andriod and Iphone Versions interface so that users can play using their mobile and make use of Native interfaces that's more user friendly than website versions running in mobiles.
- Introduce Rummy, Donkey and other famous mallu games and also extend Thurrupu for 4, 8, 12 players
